Digital Tracking Portal (Closed Beta)
Our internal tracking portal and client dashboard are in closed beta. API endpoints and shipment views are functional, but access is limited to selected partners while we refine reliability and usability.
Fuel & Routing Sustainability Pilot
Selected routes are running on test fuel blends and optimised routing to measure fuel efficiency and emissions. Data collection is underway; a structured summary will be shared after the pilot stabilises.
Warehousing Automation – Prototype
Automation modules are being trialed in a single facility to speed up pallet handling and reduce manual touches. We are closely monitoring uptime, error rates and safety before wider deployment.
TMS / WMS Internal Tooling Upgrades
Multiple improvements to our internal TMS and WMS are in progress—including performance tuning, order lifecycle visibility and reporting—aimed at giving operations teams cleaner control.
Customer Communication Templates (Draft)
Standardised templates for shipment status updates, incident reports and service notices are being drafted to keep customer communication consistent and clear across all branches.
